I am is a self taught pastry chef with background in floristry having worked in catering industry for over 25 years running front of house and kitchen I have a wealth of knowledge on both sides of the kitchen and how a restaurant business is run. I have lived and worked in London, Belgium and Manchester but recently moved to the Lake District with my family and two dogs. I can supply a selection cakes and bakes for events both commercial and private .
